Dog Walker Job Fremont, CA- We are looking for reliable pet sitters to take care of the pets (dog, cat, etc.) according to times specified by the pet owners. The pet sitter’s responsibilities include safe care of the pets in the absence of the owners in their homes, providing clean water and food (as required and provided by the client), taking out the pets for natural calls. You should also be able to seek immediate veterinarian attention should any dog become sick or injured while under your care.
Job Responsibilities- Staying with the pets in the pet owner’s home · Conducting consultations with new clients and completing client information forms · Regularly recording information specifying which pets were handled, the duration of the care, and if there were any unusual or abnormal observations · Picking up and disposing of pet waste · Ensuring that all pets have fresh water and food (as required and provided by the client) · Taking all necessary precautions to ensure that the pets and those around them are safe · Providing regular updates to clients, which includes sharing photos, videos · Notifying owners if dogs become sick or injured
Requirements - Pet Sitter job, Cat Sitter job- Degree / Diploma (preferred) · Proven experience working with pets · Working knowledge of positive reinforcement training · Sound understanding of pet behavior · Available during peak hours · The ability to sit for long periods of time · Patient, punctual, and reliable · Trustworthy and responsible
