Interested independent contractors will start as a backup and fill in, and get connected with new clients to grow an established base. Availability for more than one shift will assist in building a client base. Typically, a full schedule consists of 4-6 visits a day; holiday and vacation seasons could be 6-8 visits a day. More if sitter and requests are available. Times and daily schedules vary depending on client schedules, needs and requests. Weekends and holiday availability is required. Holidays include bonuses.
